Shanna began her aviation career in the military more than 20 years ago. She moved on to commercial aviation with TWA in California. When Shanna moved to Georgia, she switched to General Aviation and fell in love with the culture, industry, and people. Explains Shanna, “Because I enjoy people so much, customer service comes easy for me. If you’re in this business you should want to go above and beyond for your customers, build a relationship of trust with people, and listen to what they are asking. I have a passion for serving others and creating that awesome customer service experience. Taking care of customers is my priority. Building long-lasting relationships and making them laugh or even smile is the best feeling ever!” One of her favorite quotes is “If we couldn’t laugh we would all go insane!” – Robert Frost
In addition to leading the customer service experience, Shanna also oversees the employee engagement programs for the company. She has a Bachelors degree in Criminal Justice from Kennesaw State University and always wanted to work in the FBI, but ultimately fell in love with aviation instead.
